Transrail Lighting Limited is set to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on Thursday, December 19, 2024, with a price band of ₹410-₹432 per equity share. The IPO closes on Monday, December 23, 2024, while the Anchor Investor bidding will occur on Wednesday, December 18, 2024.

The offer includes a fresh issue of equity shares worth ₹4,000 million and an offer for sale of 10,160,000 shares by the promoter, Ajanma Holdings Private Limited. Bids can be placed for a minimum of 34 shares and in multiples thereafter.

The funds raised will be used for working capital, capital expenditure, and general corporate purposes. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE.
