

New Delhi | The Congress will hold a meeting of its working committee here on August 19 to discuss the prevailing political situation, including the roadmap to step up pressure on the government on issues of students and the Ram temple donation "theft", party sources said on Tuesday.
The CWC meeting is likely to also review the party's preparations for the assembly polls early next year, they said The meeting, chaired by Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, would be attended by Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi, Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and other senior leaders of the party.
The party's roadmap for cornering the government on issues of students and the Ram temple donation "theft" would be on the agenda, the sources said.
