Mumbai | Maharashtra Congress leader and MPCC secretary Manoj Shinde has been appointed by the Congress party as an AICC observer for the Madhya Pradesh assembly elections.
Manoj Tukaram Shinde was also a municipal councilor from Thane for 25 years. Senior Congress leader Randeep Surjewala announced the appointment of Manoj Shinde as an AICC observer in the Agar and Susnar constituencies.
