Thiruvananthapuram | The KSRTC will launch an AI-powered WhatsApp ticketing system, enabling passengers to book tickets quickly and conveniently through the messaging platform.
The new facility, part of the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation's (KSRTC) digital travel services initiative, will be inaugurated by Transport Minister C P John at a function here on August 6, an official statement said on Wednesday.
In addition, he will inaugurate KSRTC's upgraded 24x7 customer care toll-free service (149) and its revamped courier service.
The minister will also distribute state-level awards to KSRTC employees and units for outstanding performance during the event, it said.
Health and Devaswom Minister K Muraleedharan will preside over the function. KSRTC CMD Pramoj Shankar will present a report on the new initiatives, the statement added.
