Thiruvananthapuram | Kerala Chief Minister V D Satheesan on Friday said the state government has sanctioned Rs 150 crore towards pending paddy procurement dues of farmers.

In a post on X, Satheesan said payments for all Paddy Receipt Sheet dues issued up to July 31, 2026, for the 2025-26 procurement season would be disbursed to farmers from Friday.

Disbursement has resumed through a bank consortium comprising the State Bank of India and Canara Bank, he said.
