Police celebrate Holi Milan

Bhopal | Holi Milan ceremony of Police Headquarters was organised on Thursday at the Kabaddi Ground of Lal Parade Ground, Bhopal.

DGP Sudhir Kumar Saxena, who was present as the chief guest in the event, extended Holi greetings to police officers and employees across the state.

He said that the festival of Holi has been completed peacefully due to the promptness of the policemen, due to which the public could celebrate this festival amicably.

On this occasion, Special DG Sudhir Kumar Shahi, Special DG G.P. Singh, ADG Vijay Kataria, ADG D Srinivasa Rao, ADG G. Janardhan, ADG Sajid Fareed Shapoo, ADG Sushma Singh and DIG Krishnaveni Desavatu, along with other senior police officers and police headquarters staff were present. The program was conducted by Inspector Mrityunjay Srivastava.

DGP Saxena said that by adopting the motto of patriotism and public service, our loyal policemen continued to discharge their duties with full readiness and promptness even on the occasion of Holi and Shab-e-Barat. With their efficiency and hard work, they have played an important role in getting these festivals done smoothly. He said that the colors of happiness, enthusiasm, love and satisfaction fill the lives of all the policemen of the state in such a way that their shine never fades, this is my wish.

The melodious tunes of the police band in the program enthralled the police officers and staff. Police ITI team Shashi, Mahima, Ruchi and colleagues presented songs based on patriotism and Holi in the ceremony.

Along with this, ASI Prabhat Shrivansh of Radio Branch Dial 100 Control Room also presented the song Dil Khil Jayate Hain on the karaoke of Holi.
