Jabalpur | Jabalpur has achieved a record in the month of March in terms of disposal of complaints received from the CM Helpline. By improving the performance of the previous month, along with the A-rating districts of the first position, it has also secured the top position in the overall ranking across the state.
In the grading issued by the Department of Public Service Management for the month of March, Jabalpur district secured this position with 83.63 weightage number, in redressal of the complaints of CM Helpline, topping the first group's A rating districts as well as in the overall ranking. The district has also made it the first place in the entire state.
In the month of March, a total of 11,082 complaints were received from the CM Helpline in Jabalpur district. About 81 percent of these complaints were resolved to the satisfaction of the applicants. The district obtained 48.43 marks in the month of March out of 60 marks fixed for disposal with the satisfaction of the applicants.
Along with this, Jabalpur has achieved 15.29 weightage score out of 20 in the month of March in resolving the complaints pending for more than 50 days to the satisfaction of the applicants. In the ongoing grading for the month of March, after Jabalpur, Sehore district has secured the second position in the overall ranking by scoring 83.33 weightage in redressal of complaints received from the CM Helpline.
This is also the second hat-trick of Jabalpur district in terms of getting the year's rank. Jabalpur district scored a hat-trick last year by securing first position among A-rated districts for three consecutive months in September, October and November.
Now this year, Jabalpur district has scored second hat-trick by securing first position in the state in the grading of January, February and March. Jabalpur has also secured the first position in the state for the third time in the overall ranking.
Before getting the first position in the month of March, Jabalpur district stood first in the state in the overall ranking in the months of September and October last year. Jabalpur has also been included in the first two districts with A rating of the first group in redressal of complaints received from the CM Helpline for the last one year.
