The Madhya Pradesh government is going to open incubation centers in 10 polytechnic colleges of the state under the youth policy. These centers will act as a launch pad to take forward the idea of startups of the students.

Bhopal | The Madhya Pradesh government is going to open incubation centers in 10 polytechnic colleges of the state under the youth policy. These centers will act as a launch pad to take forward the idea of startups of the students.

Youth Policy-2023 has been announced in the state.

In this, the Technical Education Department has a plan to make 10 incubation centers. Here students will work on their ideas. The teachers will help them. For this, first teachers will be trained by startup professionals. After which the teachers will work to take forward the good ideas of the students.

The students of these centers will also be registered on the Startup India portal of the Government of India. At the same time, teachers will be linked to the Marg portal. Its objective is to provide training, mentoring and mentoring to students to work on startup ideas. Financial assistance will also be made available by promoting better ideas.

The Technical Education Department has estimated an expenditure of Rs three crore on one centre. The Finance Department has been written for budget approval. According to the department, the amount will be spent on necessary resources including training, setup, registration, mentoring.

Incubation centers will be opened in Government Vallabhbhai Patel Polytechnic and Women's Polytechnic College in Bhopal in the state. Apart from this, centers will be opened in Polytechnic Colleges of Rewa, Sagar, Ujjain, Jabalpur, Naogaon, Shivpuri and Gwalior.

Dr. Mohan Sen, head of the Directorate of Technical Education, said that after getting the administrative approval for 10 centers, a letter has been written to the college. The operation of the center will start soon.
