Indore | The State Education Center in Madhya Pradesh has announced changes to the rules regarding fifth-eighth grade board exams, evaluation, and results. Under the new guidelines, there will be no provision for revaluation after the results are released.

This means that students who miss passing by just one or two marks will not be able to apply for revaluation. However, students will have the opportunity to view their answer sheets for transparency purposes. To do so, they must apply within one month of the result's declaration to the in-charge of the evaluation center.

The fifth-eighth board exams began on Saturday and will continue until April 3. This is the first time the exams have been held in over a decade, with 24 lakh students appearing across the state. However, there have been issues with the exam's organization, including mistakes on admit cards and students being assigned to centers that are several kilometers away. Despite these issues, the evaluation process will begin on April 10, with results set to be released in May.
