0→1 Doctrine to Data: Inventor Vatsal Soin Files Patents to Sort Telecom, Cloud & Network Logs for Superintelligence AI

The 0→1 Doctrine turns any measurement into a value between 0 and 1, so limits can be checked before action. Follow-on filings of September 23 and October 1, 2026 add Band-Based Archive Triage, a way to sort what operators already store. Telecom, cloud and network logs could be marked keep, delete or prepare for AI, while the records stay with their owner. Each invention works alone or together.

A QUICK PRIMER

Networks measure in megahertz, kilowatts, milliseconds and days. The 0→1 Doctrine rewrites any such measurement as a value between 0 and 1, so unlike things can be compared on one scale. A range on that scale is called a band. BBAT, or Band-Based Archive Triage, applies bands to stored data.

GATE AND ARCHIVE

The 0→1 Doctrine works at the gate. It checks limits before a tower is built, a workload runs or an AI system acts. BBAT handles the records those systems store afterwards. One looks ahead at decisions, the other looks back at records. Each is a separate invention, and both speak in bands.

THE ARCHIVE BELOW THE STACK

Networks, clouds and data centres write records without pause: fault logs, telemetry, security events, billing traces. The sector is vast: trillions flow through its services, and billions go into the data centres that store its records. Years later, most records sit in storage because nobody can be sure which are safe to delete or to use. Keeping everything feels careful. It also keeps cost and unused value in one place.

SORT BY LABEL

At triage, BBAT reads the labels on a record, never its content. Those labels become values between 0 and 1 and combine into one retention index. The index places each record in a band, and the band sets its path: retain, purge or promote. The decision rests on the rule set the operator declares.

WHY BANDS, NOT SINGLE FIGURES

A bare figure such as 11 years means little alone, because rules, holds and costs arrive in other units. Bands put them on one footing, so they can be combined and compared. A band also states a range, not a false point of certainty.

PLUGS INTO EXISTING STORAGE

Storage systems already keep labels on every record. BBAT could read them through existing interfaces, so an archive can be sorted without being moved or replaced. In the managed-service option, the protected environment sits inside the owner’s own network, and only sealed receipts and bands cross its edge.

THREE LOGS, ONE SCALE

Imagine an operator sets two illustrative thresholds on the 0-to-1 scale, at 0.30 and 0.70. A record below the first might be purged, one between them retained, one above the second promoted. For example, old radio fault logs could fall below, billing-dispute logs under legal hold in the middle, and cell-site telemetry above.

WHEN RULES COLLIDE

Operators work across borders, and retention periods differ by country. Where two rules apply, BBAT follows the more protective one and keeps the longer period. A legal hold goes further. It pauses deletion and promotion until an authorised person lifts it, and the lifting is itself recorded in a sealed entry.

PEOPLE STAY IN THE LOOP

Automation does not remove judgement. Where confidence in a decision is low, BBAT routes the record and the competing considerations to an authorised reviewer. A legal hold always brings a reviewer in. Their decision and identity reference are written into the receipt, so a person remains accountable for what machines sort.

DELETE, WITH A RECEIPT

A purge runs through a deletion workflow, not by hand and not by guess. When it completes, a sealed receipt records the rule applied, the jurisdiction, the times of authorisation and execution, and any hold. The receipt carries no content from what was deleted. Within its declared scope, deletion becomes an event that can be shown.

USE WITHOUT HANDING OVER

A promoted record is processed inside a trusted execution environment, or TEE, and its content never leaves the vault. There, the records become one band, such as 0.62 to 0.69, showing how busy a cell site gets. The source records are deleted before anything is shared: Delete-Before-Share. Only the band travels, for approved use. The rest of the archive stays with its owner.

TWO TESTS, BEFORE AND AFTER

The In-Vault Derivation Axiom is a two-stage test. First, a band is made only if the group is large enough, the band is wide enough, and simulated linkage with outside data keeps the group above its minimum size. Then the source records must be gone, with no individual rebuildable. Any failed test halts the release.

THE EXIT STAYS SHUT

In the filed design, the way out is a hardware-controlled interface, disabled by default. It opens only after the tests pass and a hardware attestation and a sealed authorisation receipt are verified. Opening needs verified proof; no single instruction, from software or from a person, is enough.

DATA FOR SUPERINTELLIGENCE

Whatever form superintelligence takes, bands from many owners, each stamped with its origin, could be tested as training inputs. For builders, that means inputs they can trace. For owners, it means idle archives put to work. The filings address this supply layer: which stored data is eligible, under whose rules, and with what proof.

WHO GAINS FIRST

Imagine one operator piloting one archive. The first results could show how many records land in each band, how many need a person’s review, and how much telemetry could leave as bands. Telecom is a natural start: large archives, many rules, protected records.

QUICK ANSWERS

Q

Does BBAT change the live network?

A

It works on stored records, not on live traffic.

Q

What if labels disagree or are missing?

A

The record pauses, and nothing is derived or released until its labels are clarified.

Q

How would a saving be shown?

A

By measurement. A receipt can pair storage cost before a purge with use afterwards, so any saving is a recorded comparison.

Q

Can each invention work alone?

A

Yes. The 0→1 Doctrine checks limits before action, BBAT sorts stored data, and together they share one scale.

Q

What does the archive owner keep?

A

The archive, the rules it sets and the final say on each record.

Q

How is this different from retention software?

A

Retention tools usually act on a schedule. BBAT decides record by record from labels, and seals proof of each decision.

CLOSING NOTE

Trillions build the networks. The records they leave may shape the decades ahead: what superintelligence learns, and from whom. Sort them well.
