Chennai | AICC in-charge for Tamil Nadu, Girish Chodankar, on Wednesday said the party would detail its future course of action and alliance strategy during a joint press conference scheduled for later today.

Speaking to reporters, Chodankar confirmed that a high-level meeting involving the TNCC President, Congress Legislative Party (CLP) leaders, and newly elected MLAs will be held at Satyamurti Bhavan.

Asked about potential tie-ups, specifically regarding Vijay's TVK or cabinet berths, Chodankar remained tight-lipped, noting that all updates would be provided collectively at the party headquarters.

"We have submitted a letter to the Congress President, which was discussed in Delhi yesterday," Chodankar said, adding that the leadership is currently deliberating on the way forward. The briefing is expected to clarify the party's stance on coalition dynamics and administrative appointments following recent internal discussions.
