New Delhi | Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday greeted people on the occasion of Eid ul-Azha and hoped that the occasion deepens the spirit of brotherhood and happiness in society.

Eid ul-Azha or Bakrid is being celebrated across most parts of India on Thursday.

"Eid ul-Adha greetings! May this occasion deepens the spirit of brotherhood and happiness in our society. Praying for everyone's success and good health," Modi said in a post on X.
