Partial Cancellation, Short Termination & Diversion of trains

It has been decided by South Western Railway to Partially Cancel, Short Terminate & Diversion of below trains due to Line Block for 05 hours daily from 11:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs from 28/04/2026 to 07/06/2026 for BCM work in Ghat section between Castlerock & Kulem station.

Repercussion to train services are as under :

Train no. 18047 Shalimar - Vasco Da Gama Express (04 days a week) journey commences on 25/04/2026, 27/04/2026, 28/04/2026, 30/04/2026, 02/05/2026, 04/05/2026, 05/05/2026, 07/05/2026, 09/05/2026, 11/05/2026, 12/05/2026, 14/05/2026, 16/05/2026, 18/05/2026, 19/05/2026, 21/05/2026, 23/05/2026, 25/05/2026, 26/05/2026, 28/05/2026, 30/05/2026, 01/06/2026, 02/06/2026 & 04/06/2026 (24 days) will be partially cancelled between Hubbali - Vasco Da Gama duly short terminated at Hubballi.

  2. Train no. 18048 Vasco Da Gama - Shalimar Express (04 days a week) journey commences on 28/04/2026, 30/04/2026, 01/05/2026, 03/05/2026, 05/05/2026, 07/05/2026, 08/05/2026, 10/05/2026, 12/05/2026, 14/05/2026, 15/05/2026, 17/05/2026, 19/05/2026, 21/05/2026, 22/05/2026, 24/05/2026, 26/05/2026, 28/05/2026, 29/05/2026, 31/05/2026, 02/06/2026, 04/06/2026, 05/06/2026 & 07/06/2026 (24 days) will be partially cancelled between Vasco Da Gama - Hubballi and originate from Hubballi instead of Vasco Da Gama at its schedule time at Hubballi.

  3. Train no 17419 & 17021 Tirupati - Hyderabad - Vasco Da Gama Weekly Express journey commences on 30/04/2026, 07/05/2026, 14/05/2026, 21/05/2026, 28/05/2026 & 04/06/2026 (06 days) will be partially canceled between Hubballi - Vasco Da Gama duly Short terminated at Hubballi.

  4. Train no. 17420 & 17022 Vasco Da Gama - Tirupati / Hyderabad Weekly Express journey commences on 01/05/2026, 08/05/2026, 15/05/2026, 22/05/2026, 29/05/2026 & 05/06/2026 (06 days) will be partially cancelled between Vasco Da Gama - Hubballi and will originate from Hubballi instead of Vasco Da Gama at its schedule time at Hubballi.

Express journey commences on 01/05/2026, 08/05/2026, 15/05/2026, 22/05/2026, 29/05/2026 & 05/06/2026 (06 days) will be partially cancelled between Vasco Da Gama - Hubballi and will originate from Hubbali instead of Vasco Da Gama at its schedule time at Hubballi.

Weekly Express journey commences on 02/05/2026, 09/05/2026, 16/05/2026, 23/05/2026, 30/05/2026 & 06/06/2026 (06 days) will be diverted via Pune - Panvel - Roha - Madgaon skipping stoppages at Satara, Karad, Sangli, Miraj, Ghataprabha, Belagavi, Londa, Castle Rock, Kulem & Sanvordem stations.

  1. Train no. 11098 Ernakulam Jn. - Pune Jn. Weekly Express journey commences on 27/04/2026, 04/05/2026, 11/05/2026, 18/05/2026, 25/05/2026 & 01/06/2026 (06 days) will be diverted via Madgaon - Roha - Panvel - Pune skipping stoppages Sanvordem, Kulem, Castle Rock, Londa, Belagavi, Ghataprabha, Miraj, Sangli, Karad  and  Satara stations.

  1. Train no. 17315 Vasco Da Gama - Velankanni Weekly Express journey commences on 04/05/2026, 11/05/2026, 18/05/2026, 25/05/2026 & 01/06/2026 (05 days) will be diverted via Madgaon - Mangaluru Jn. - Shoranur - Erode skipping stoppages Sanvordem, Kulem, Castle Rock, Londa, Dharwar, Hubballi, Haveri, Ranibennur, Davangere, Birur, Arsikere, Tiptur, Tumkur, Chikkabanavara, Banaswadi, Sir M Visvesvaraya Terminal Bengaluru,  Krishnarajapuram, Bangarapet & Salem stations.

  1. Train no. 17316 Velankanni - Vasco Da Gama Weekly Express journey commences on 28/04/2026, 05/05/2026, 12/05/2026, 19/05/2026, 26/05/2026 & 02/06/2026 (06 days) will be diverted via Erode - Shorannur - Mangaluru Jn. - Madgaon skipping stoppages Salem, Bangarapet, Krishnarajpuram, Sir M Visvesaraya Terminal Bengaluru, Banaswadi, Chikkabanavara, Tumkur, Tiptur, Arsikere, Birur, Davangere, Ranibennur, Haveri, Hubballi, Dharwar, Londa, Castle Rock, Kulem & Sanvordem stations.
