Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad members staged a protest outside the NTA office in Delhi over the cancellation of the NEET-UG 2026 following allegations of paper leak and irregularities.

New Delhi | The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad members on Wednesday staged a protest outside the NTA office in Delhi over the cancellation of the NEET-UG 2026 following allegations of paper leak and irregularities.

Raising slogans against the National Testing Agency (NTA), the protestors demanded strict action against those responsible for the alleged irregularities and called for greater transparency in the conduct of competitive examinations.

During the protest, several Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) members attempted to enter the NTA office and jump police barricades installed outside the premises. However, they were pushed back by the Delhi Police and the Rapid Action Force (RAF) forces deployed at the spot.

Heavy security arrangements were put in place outside the NTA office to prevent any untoward incident.

"No one will be allowed to breach the law and order situation. Heavy security has been deployed outside the NTA office," a senior police officer said.
