Shri Sanjay Lohiya, Secretary, Dept. of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India was present along with the officials from Life Insurance Corporation of India, Shri Ratnakar Patnaik, MD, Shri R. Chander, MD and Shri N.S. Raghava, ZM (I/C), Northern Zone.

LIC is completing 70 glorious years since its incorporation and as at 31.03.2026 has an asset base of ₹ 59.03 Lakh Crore. It continues to be the market leader in the Indian Life Insurance market.
