Thrissur (Kerala) | Union Minister Suresh Gopi on Sunday inaugurated various projects in the Thrissur Lok Sabha constituency that were implemented using the MPLADS funds.
Gopi, the Union Minister of State for Petroleum, Natural gas and Tourism, shared photographs on Facebook of him inaugurating new lighting systems and road renovation works implemented by using funds under the Members of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme.
"My dear brothers and sisters in Thrissur Lok Sabha constituency, I share with you the joy of fulfilling every promise made for the development of our country," he said in his post accompanying the photographs.
The new lighting systems and road renovation works have been implemented in the Guruvayur and Pavaratty assembly constituencies, he said.
He also said that he will continue to work for the comprehensive development of Thrissur, which is "the heart of Kerala".
