Theft at Kerala HC judge's residence, six grams of gold of pvt secy missing

A theft took place at Kerala High Court judge Justice A Badharudeen's residence near Kalamassery here, and around six grams of gold, of his private secretary, was found missing

Kochi | A theft took place at Kerala High Court judge Justice A Badharudeen's residence near Kalamassery here, and around six grams of gold, of his private secretary, was found missing, police said on Friday.

An officer of the Kalamassery police station said that the theft occurred on June 23 and a complaint regarding that was received on June 26.

An FIR under section 305 (theft in a dwelling house) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) was registered on that day itself, the officer said.

An investigation has been launched, he said, but refused to divulge additional details about the case.
