Man jumps in front of moving train in Kerala's Kozhikode, suffers leg injury

A man sustained a serious leg injury after he jumped in front of a moving train at the local railway station in Koyilandy in this north Kerala district

Kozhikode (Kerala) | A man sustained a serious leg injury after he jumped in front of a moving train at the local railway station in Koyilandy in this north Kerala district on Saturday, police said.

According to police, the man was identified as Sivasankar, son of Krishnappa, who hails from Bengaluru.

"Both his legs were suspected to have severed, and he is now admitted to the Government Medical College here," a police officer said.
