Kerala CM V D Satheesan on Saturday visited the renowned Kollur Mookambika temple in this district and offered special prayers

Udupi (Karnataka) | Kerala Chief Minister V D Satheesan on Saturday visited the renowned Kollur Mookambika temple in this district and offered special prayers.

The Chief Minister arrived at the temple early in the morning and participated in a special puja, seeking the blessings of the presiding deity. According to officials, elaborate security arrangements were made in and around the temple premises as he was accompanied by Z-Plus security cover.

Following the temple visit, Satheesan departed for Bengaluru via Mangaluru. It is his first pilgrimage to the famous shrine after assuming office as the Chief Minister of Kerala.
