The son of theatre artist and actor KA Murali and Prasanna, Hari was discovered reportedly hanging in his residence in the early morning, according to police. His body has been moved to Baby Memorial Hospital in Payyannur for further procedures.

Hari began acting as a child, making his film debut at age six in Lal Jose’s Rasikan (2004). Prior to his cinematic debut, he had already appeared in numerous Malayalam television serials.

Over the years, he became a recognisable face in Malayalam cinema, appearing in nearly 50 films and sharing screen time with many of the industry’s leading actors. In recent years, he reportedly shifted his focus behind the scenes as a visual effects (VFX) artist and was most recently working with a company in Ernakulam.
