Elamgulam (Kottayam) | The Ayyappa Seva Kendram, a noble initiative to provide three-time Anna Prasadam to pilgrims during the sacred Mandala-Makaravilakku season, was formally inaugurated today. The event is organized by Sabarimala Ayyappa Seva Samajam (SASS), Konkan Pranth, in association with Elamgulam Sri Dharma Sastha Kshetram.

The inauguration ceremony commenced with a traditional Deepa Prajwalanam performed by Brahmashree Anil Namboodiri, followed by the soulful SASS prayer. Advocate K. Vinod, Temple President and Shri D.K. Sunil Kumar, Temple Secretary, delivered the welcome and inaugural speeches, marking the start of this significant initiative.

Dr. Suresh Nair, President of SASS Konkan Pranth, delivered the Presidential Address, emphasizing the importance of serving devotees through Annadaanam. The vote of thanks was rendered by Shri M.S. Mohanan Nair , Secretary of SASS Konkan and Chairman of the Annadaanam Committee.

The arrangements and operational plans for the next 65 days were reviewed by Shri. Manu K. Nair , Joint Secretary (Organization) of SASS Konkan Pranth to ensure the smooth functioning of the Seva Kendram. Members of the temple management, along with SASS Kerala team, also graced the occasion, showing their support for this divine initiative.

This Seva Kendram aims to serve Anna Prasadam to all Ayyappa devotees as they embark on their pilgrimage journey.
