Pithampur | A few days after the murder, a 5-year-old innocent was raped by his own maternal uncle. Investigating officer Sub Inspector Jyoti Patel said that on Sunday night both the victim’s maternal uncle and the victim's father had gone to fill petrol. After coming from the petrol pump to the victim's house, the maternal uncle asked her father to drop the victim's younger brother to his house. The victim was then molested by her maternal uncle.

The girl told the whole situation to her mother and father, on which her parents took the 5-year-old innocent to the police station and filed a report. Investigating Officer Jyoti Patel registered a case against Neelesh, the maternal uncle under section 376 of the Posco Act and other sections and sent him to jail.
