Bhopal Bhopal Nair Samaj hosted its first-ever International Women’s Day celebration on Sunday, March 9, at Mannam Bhawan, marking a significant milestone for the community. Dr. Gayathri A.M., Assistant Professor in Transfusion Medicine at BMHRC, Bhopal, delivered an insightful talk on the significance of the Panchabhutas (the five elements—earth, water, fire, air, and space) in leading a healthy and balanced life. She emphasized that integrating these elements into our lifestyle can enhance overall well-being.
Smt. Manisha Anand, Career Counselor and Corporate Trainer, shared valuable tips on managing stress and achieving personal growth. She encouraged women to recognize their strengths and continuously work towards self-improvement for a healthier and more fulfilling life.
The event also honored Smt. P.A. Nair , a retired Senior Principal who served in various schools under BHEL, for her remarkable contributions to education.
