Dr. Gayathri A.M., Assistant Professor in Transfusion Medicine at BMHRC, Bhopal, delivered an insightful talk on the significance of the Panchabhutas (the five elements—earth, water, fire, air, and space) in leading a healthy and balanced life. She emphasized that integrating these elements into our lifestyle can enhance overall well-being.

Smt. Manisha Anand, Career Counselor and Corporate Trainer, shared valuable tips on managing stress and achieving personal growth. She encouraged women to recognize their strengths and continuously work towards self-improvement for a healthier and more fulfilling life.
