Bhopal | Lalitha Warrior, 71, left Kaloor in Kochi and was travelling to Mathura. On the way she reached Bangalore and boarded a train again to Mathura on 2 February. During the travel, she fell ill and was not carrying medicine with her. She informed this daughter in Kaloor, Kochi who approached All India Malayalee Association members in Bhopal for help.
AIMA MP President, C. Ashokan immediately swung into action and informed Sreekumar, Asst. Commissioner, GRP in Itarsi to locate her. She was located by the RPF at Itarsi and handed over to AIMA officials on 3 February morning in Bhopal.
AIMA officials C. Ashokan, Shammi Harish arranged for her stay in Bhopal and sent her back with a family on 4 February by Kerala Express. The family was returning to Kerala after attending a marriage in Bhopal.
In a letter to AIMA, daughter of Lalitha Warrior, Indu Suresh expressed her thanks to AIMA team in Bhopal, especially to C. Ashokan, Shummy Harish, and Balakrishnan for arranging accommodation, care, love and affection to her mother till she reached home safely. She arrived at Kochi on 5 Feb evening.
