Samsung Unveils 'AI Home: Future Living, Now' in India

Promises Seamless Connected Ecosystem

Mumbai | Samsung, India’s largest consumer electronics brand, unveiled its ambitious vision for "AI Home: Future Living, Now" at its flagship store in Mumbai. The company is introducing a next-generation connected living ecosystem designed to unite appliances, devices, and services, offering unmatched convenience, energy efficiency, and personalized experiences with security at the core.

The "AI Home" ecosystem centers on the idea of intelligence shared seamlessly across the entire home, moving beyond single-device smart features. This vision is powered by Samsung’s SmartThings platform, which integrates three key technologies: Galaxy AI, Vision AI, and Bespoke AI.

The user experience is built around four core pillars:

  • Ease: Automating daily routines like adjusting lights and temperature to act as a personal concierge.

  • Care: Supporting healthier lifestyles through personalized sleep settings, wellness checks, and nutrition planning.

  • Save: Delivering measurable energy efficiency benefits through SmartThings Energy, with potential savings of up to 70% in washing machine energy consumption.

  • Secure: Ensuring safety with device-level data protection via Samsung Knox Vault and ecosystem-wide security using Knox Matrix.

JB Park, President and CEO of Samsung Southwest Asia, emphasized the strategic importance of the launch, stating, "With the launch of Samsung AI Home here, we are bringing Future Living into Indian homes... India is at the heart of this journey."

The company aims to make a home that recognizes user needs, from adjusting the air conditioner for optimal rest to suggesting meals from the smart fridge.
