The Inspiration
Before embarking on his journey in the restaurant industry, the founder served as a Class One CPWD Contractor. Traveling frequently and dining at various establishments, he developed a keen appreciation for good food and loved hosting others at fine-dining venues. Driven by this lifelong passion for quality dining and hospitality, he set out to build a standard, high-quality restaurant of his own—giving life to "Darao Pothik Bor".
