Bank of Baroda Expands Employee Assistance Program for Holistic Well-being

Mumbai: Bank of Baroda, one of India’s leading public sector banks, has enhanced its "Employee Assistance Program" (EAP) to focus on the emotional and mental well-being of its 75,000+ employees and their families. Partnering with Truworth Wellness, the bank aims to provide comprehensive wellness solutions through 24/7 support, counseling, and digital tools like the “Wellness Corner” app.

Key features include confidential counseling, stress management resources, and wellness dashboards. The program also addresses specific needs like mindfulness for credit officers and support for women returning after career breaks.

Bank of Baroda’s Chief General Manager, Shailendra Singh, emphasized the bank's commitment to creating a happier, healthier workforce, while Truworth Wellness CEO Shri Rohit Chohan highlighted the transformative potential of the partnership.
